Jeroen Hoogendijk studied business economics at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands earning him a master title. Later on Mr. Hoogendijk, at the start of his working career, specialised in accounting and control at TIAS, the business school of Tilburg University in the Netherlands.

Mr. Hoogendijk started his career in insurances in The Netherlands, public as well as private, in the areas of coverage for disability, income loss and health care, taking on positions in finance, health care contracting, risk control and information management. 

The start of the millennium Mr. Hoogendijk moved to Curacao, making his way in the region through audit and financial positions in the offshore operations of ABN AMRO Bank. Subsequent as the finance director for Equity Trust in Curacao, as of 2008 as finance director for TMF (BVI) Ltd and from 2017 up till 2020 as finance director for the operations of TMF in the Caribbean region, taking ownership of operational, automation and financial matters, responsible for many changes the company went through.

As of February 2021 Jeroen became responsible for TMF in the BVI in the capacity of managing director.
